At Menopause Unlocked, I offer bespoke, calm, and supportive one-to-one hypnotherapy programmes, designed specifically around your needs. You can choose to work with me online via Zoom or in person at one of two peaceful wellbeing centres in Suffolk:

  • Restore Wellbeing, Stuston (near Diss, on the Suffolk/Norfolk border)
  • Restore Wellbeing, Ixworth (near Bury St Edmunds)
